Exclusion plans, food facility pest programs, and construction-phase consulting · U.S. and international
You bring us in to answer a question: why does this site have rodents, and what will it take to stop it? We assess the building and the grounds, document what we find, and hand you a written plan. Your own staff, your contractor, or your pest management company can carry it out, or we can direct the work.
The approach comes from the construction side. Rodents use the building the way it was built: along plumbing and electrical runs, through penetrations, across shared walls and shared sewer lines. Sealing the holes you can see is not a plan. Knowing how the structure connects is.
A full assessment of the building and site, and a written exclusion plan and specification: every opening documented with photos, the route rodents are using, the order to correct things in, and the materials named for each repair.
Pest program development and review for SQF and food manufacturing facilities: monitoring layout, service documentation, trend records, and corrective actions, written to hold up at audit. SQF, PCQI, HACCP, and AIB credentialed.
Pre-construction, mid-construction, and post-construction. We work alongside your architect, general contractor, or engineer on enclosure design and rodent-proofing details, while they are still inexpensive to get right.
An outside assessment of an account that has not resolved. We work at your request, our findings go to you, and we do not solicit the accounts you bring us into.
Consulting travels anywhere, including offshore installations. HUET, TWIC, and Tier 1 certified.
Conference sessions and hands-on field training on rodent work and exclusion, delivered for associations in the United States, Mexico, and Nigeria.
